About me

Passionate about human experiences and empowering them to do their best, my work centers around change management (software adoption, organizational structure/culture change) and internal communications, with breadth in UI design/UX research, employee listening and nudging. I started my career in Accenture's consulting practice, and am now working in the employee experience division of a global medtech firm, where I lead teams to work on these topics at an international scale.

Educated as both an engineer and behavioral scientist, I bring a scientifically-driven approach to my work with a focus on measurable outcomes. Hit me up for a chat, or check out some of my work on top!

Focus Areas

Change Management and Communications

I am a Prosci-certified change management practitioner and a certified Scrum Master, familiar with a variety of methodologies (e.g., Kotter, standard change impact assessments, bespoke company methods) and change diagnostics (ADKAR). I always work with my 'clients' to determine the most appropriate metrics.

Behavioral and Data Science

I am familiar with quantitative and qualitative research methods to capture the voice of the employee. I am also familiar with various behavioral change paradigms (MINDSPACE, Self-Determination Theory, etc.) to allow me to design interventions that shift employee thinking.

UI Design and UX Research

I have designed User Interfaces for national and global systems, impacting 140,000+ employees and clients. I also lead UX for HR systems in my current capacity, conducting usability studies, customer journey maps, and competitor audits to capture the digital experience and influence stakeholders to make changes.
