Driving digital adoption using short-form videos

Problem: I had to drive Workday self-service adoption. However, mobile-oriented employees in my client organization (i.e., sales and manufacturing) employees do not have time to access a laptop and view our training and change management materials.

Solution: Created shareable short form videos that were viewable on mobile and could be shared through mobile channels to reach these audiences. Videos were recorded vertically using a mobile phone and a boom arm, banners added via a short-form video editing service, then a screen recording functionality was used to record the videos and share them out.
