Multinational Usability Study (Workday Mobile self-service)

Leadership commissioned me to investigate and drive improvements in employee self-service rates. Statistics showed that there was a dearth of usage amongst mobile-oriented employees. To investigate areas of improvement - I led a series of studies in US and China, asking employees to perform a task on the Workday browser application.

Informed consent was sought prior to the study and all subjects were video recorded. Recordings and recommendations (plus defects) were shared with the global Digital Enablement and Workday teams for their follow-up actions.
