I was commissioned to re-design the HR Portal frontpage UI (powered by ServiceNow) for a client company (>80,000 employees), as the existing design was over 3 years old.

I conducted a competitor audit of several employee knowledge-bases, conducted a workshop with my stakeholders to let them identify the features they liked in these competitors, and produced a final deliverable, which was ultimately implemented.
